Reflections on the importance of cross-sectional education in the field of human rights

The objective of this paper is to make some reflections on the impor-tance of transversal education on human rights in Mexico, taking as a starting point, the Constitutional reform on hu-man rights, published in the Official Ga-zette of the Federation (DOF) on June 10, 2011, nine years after its publication, as well as the current context of human rights in Mexico At work, it is based on the premise that, with the constitutional reform in question, not only a change is introduced formal, but substantial in the model of constitutional justice in Mexi-co, giving way to what the doctrine rec-ognizes as diffuse constitutional control, and to the incorporation of international human rights law as a parameter of con-trol of internal norms.
