Amnesty International is a non-governmental organization founded for the protection of Human Rights in the world with a presence in more than 150 countries and territories and with more than 30 million supporters, members and activists, founded in 1965, founded in 1961 the amnesty emerges as the most effective monitor on human rights issues. A violation of human rights are those where public officials or authorities abuse the power they have when they deny rights that people have or when they threaten to deny them (Salazar, 2014). At the international level, amnesty can be defined as that sovereign act by which the state grants forgiveness and oblivion of past acts granted by a government to all people (or certain people) who are found guilty of a crime or offense, generally political (Sozzo 2015).Downloads
