Educación Vs salud; Derechos Humanos en conflicto en tiempos de pandemia.

Abstract

Promoting and protecting vulnerable people’s human rights should not be abridged to particular or political interests, but should force the State to guarantee access to that right by taking actions, using international standards and other tools.

Now, on the health crisis that humanity is already facing, we are on possibility of collision and discrimination of two fundamental rights as education and health. The decision is not simple, due to the one’s restriction over the other. That can lead to discrimination, and population inequality, that cannot be allowed or tolerated in these times of crisis.
