With this article we intend to investigate the way in which the control of legality of the acts of the public administration by the Federal Court of Administrative Justice arose and has been developed in our country, through the respective contentious procedure. For this, it is pertinent to analyze how the federal administrative justice in Mexico was created to give effect to the postulates of the Rule of Law, by allowing the precise and adequate defense of individuals against acts of authority that violate their rights, because these are not according to the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States (CPEUM).
