Currently, one of the
most relevant problems that the
human right are facing involves

the universality principle that co-
vers all of these, since it directly

faces three major challenges that
have prevented us from affi rming

that rights Human rights are in-
deed universal and which are the

rise of nationalist sentiment, lack

of articulation of national and in-
ternational legal systems and the

absence of dialogue between local
and supranational courts.
