Conventional jurisdictional protection of the right to education: procedural mechanisms for collective guardianship

Abstract

The law is the mechanism that must oblige the government to provide the fundamental rights, agreed in the in-ternational treaties to which Mexico is attached, for this work we will seek to explain the legal means that provide this protection to one of the most important fundamental rights in the world modern: education, a problem that unfortunately marks a greater influence in Mexico than in Latin America.
