Abstract

This paper shows how individuals have violated the right to non-discrimination of health professionals in Jalisco, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It studies the governmental measures implemented to prevent, protect, investigate and redress violations of this human right in Jalisco. It concludes that the right to non-discrimination requires actions of respect, protect and prevent both by individuals and by the State to ensure its full validity in Jalisco society.
