The pro person principle is a constitutional principle that is on the rise in the Mexican
Republic since its inclusion in the constitutional text whit the humans right reform. It is
necessary to recall, in broad strokes, the theories of the principles as elements or protection
of fundamental right and review the argumentative trend of the highest judicial body when
interpreting the Constitution from the aforementioned reform, to be in a position to present
the methodological proposals that other authors have developed whose objective is to allow judges to update the postulate of the pro person principle, that is, that the judgments provide the greatest protection to the holders of the human right in conflict.
