Abstract

The book Víctima y el derecho a la no discriminación por diversidad afectivo-sexual is a glimpse into the relationship between the world of law and the cinematografhic world. The author, Jesús Ignacio Delgado Rojas, discusses the importance of the film Victim for the decriminalization of homosexuality in England, showing it as the bridge between the Wolfenden Report (1957) and the Sexual Offences Act (1967), since it was able to show the situation of the queer community in an illustrative and sensitizing way and to claim the legislative change that was not coming.
