Based on the legal analysis of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, the Federal Labor Law and the respective Collective Labor Contracts establish the working channel to sanction academic and administrative workers of the University of Guadalajara, and particularly for violations of harassment and sexual harassment. On the other hand, it is analyzed whether this procedure is developed taking into account the gender perspective contained in the jurisprudence issued by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.
